Most Cinderella teams that make the finals lose, so I'm hoping the Jets knock them out now. Nothing against Vegas per se other then thinking all expansion teams should take their comeuppance..... and I'd like to see a Canadian team win again.

Just to build on that. If Vegas does happen to win the cup, what is left for that franchise to accomplish? I know I am biased posting this, but there is something about being a sports fan of a team that has struggled and see them finally win.

Without a doubt! From a fanbase perspective, they don't deserve it in the slightest.

The Knights were not allowed to "rape" teams. Just some organizations are less competent than others. Teams had a full year to plan for the expansion draft and if it wasn't for teams like the Panthers being absolute buffoons, Vegas wouldn't be as solid. They have a bunch of 2nd and third line players with something to prove.

The Knights weren't gifted a stacked team. They brought in some players with speed and potential with some good leaders and the whole team bought in.

That being said, Winnipeg is solid. Jets in 7.

I did that in 07 when Anaheim won🙄.

This time I’m giving more credit to the team I’m not rooting for. My rule is never to root for a division team. So I’m sticking by it. It’s great what VGK are doing but no. Not rooting for them.

The wait is so much better, due to the fact it’s a huge relief to say I finally got to see my team win.
Also their fans are one of the most obnoxious.
